Chocolate Birthday Cake
For a delicious Birthday Chocolate Cake (approximately 18 servings)
Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix the contents of a Chocolate Biomed Protein Rich Muffin & Cookie Mix - 700g packet with ½ cup of oil (125 ml) and 2 ½ cups of water (625 ml) and 2 eggs (you don't need to add eggs if you are allergic to them). Mix well. Bake in a 23 cm tin lined with non-stick baking paper for 1 hour until the top is firm.
If you want to make a taller cake, just use two packets of Chocolate Biomed Protein Rich Muffin & Cookie Mix - 700g, bake two cakes and assemble them together
Use the icing of your choice.
Decorate with merengues, marshmallows, coconut and candles.
