Biomed Cupcake with Peanut Butter Frosting

Bake the muffins according to the instruction on the back of the Biomed Protein Rich

Muffin and Cookie Mix package. Let it cool.

 

Ingredients for the Peanut Butter Frosting:

1 cup Icing Sugar

2 tablespoon Almond Milk

1 cup Peanut butter (put in the microwave for 20 seconds to make it softer)

 

Mix well with mixer until smooth, put in piping bag and pipe over the cupcake.

If the icing is too thick, add a bit more almond milk.

You can also sprinkle with mixed nuts.

(If you can't have peanuts, you can use peanut free Australian Macadamia Nut Butter)
