Latvian Style Cinnamon Cardamon Bread

Just add this ingredients to Biomed Gourmet Artisan Bread 387g mix:

1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon Cardamon ground
30 g Coconut sugar
7 g Tandaco yeast (1 satchel)


Bake in the Panasonic SD 2501 using  the gluten free program.

This style of bread is very popular in Latvia and other Nordic countries.

The cardamon adds a complex aroma and flavor to the cinnamon in the bread. Makes for a wonderful bread for breakfast!
