Latvian Style Cinnamon Cardamon Bread

Just add to the Biomed Gourmet Artisan Bread mix:

1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon Cardamon ground
30 gms Coconut sugar
5 1/2 gms Tandaco yeast


Bake in the Panasonic SD 2501 using  the gluten free program.

This style of bread is very popular in Latvia and other Nordic countries.

The cardamon adds a complex aroma and flavor to the cinnamon in the bread. Makes for a wonderful bread for breakfast!
