This is a pizza easily made in the oven with the Biomed Gourmet Artisan Bread Mix:

Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
220 g Gourmet Artisan Bread Mix 387g (packet is 387g)
310 g water
25 g olive oil
20 g coconut sugar
7g Tandaco Yeast (1 satchel)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 250 degC.
Mix all dry ingredients well ( Bread Mix, yeast and coconut sugar) then add oil and water. Mix everything well and spread the dough with a spatula on a non-stick pan, in this case Circulon Square Baking Sheet (TOTAL® NON-STICK SYSTEM).
Cover and let it is rise for 45 mins.
Then, place the following ingredients on the top of the dough:
Toppings:
Tomato paste
Fresh tomato - thin slices
Finely sliced rings of onions
Italian Parma ham
Capers
Anchovies
Thinly sliced mushrooms
Charred grilled capsicums
Fresh Basil
Fresh Coriander
Ground rock salt
Few pinches of chilli flakes
Cook in a pre-heated oven 250 degC, preferably with a pizza stone under the tray, for 20 mins.
