Little time for cooking? Enjoy this 15 min Gourmet Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
- 500 g of good quality beef

1 pack of Organic Royal Quinoa & RIce Spaghetti - 300g or Organic Amaranth & Rice Spaghetti - 330g or Olive Green Organics - 3 Grain Spaghetti 300g
- 1 jar o f Walnut Bolognese Sauce - Botanical Cuisine 185g
- rock salt
- black pepper
- 4 cherry tomatoes (garnish)
Preparation:
· Season the beef with rock salt.
· Cook the beef in a fry pan or grill it. Once cooked, slice the beef into small, square sizes.
· Boil the spaghetti in a pot of water until al dente or as preferred.
· Drain the spaghetti and transfer to a bowl.
· Add the sliced beef and the whole jar of walnut Bolognese sauce.
· Mix them through the spaghetti. Slice the cherry tomatoes and place them on the top of the spaghetti. Sprinkle some black pepper on the tomatoes.
