Cocoa Coconut Delight

·        1/2 cup Niulife Organic Coconut Oil 

·        1/4 cup Cocoa Powder 

·        2 Tbsp Coconut Nectar 

·         1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

Melt the coconut oil and add the coconut nectar.

Whisk and add the cocoa powder.

Whisk occasionally while pouring into a silicone ice cube or mini muffin tray.

Makes 12.

Cool for 30 minutes in the fridge or freezer.
