Chickpea Flour Omelette
• 3/4 cup Biomed Cafe's Protein Rich Chickpea Flour (previously "Magic Bean Flour")
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 tablespoon of Biomed Chia White
• 1/2 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 4 branches of parsley finely chopped
• Parsley, chives, salt and black pepper to taste
• Cooked zucchinis, corn kernels , peas and cherry tomatoes
• 2 pinches saffron
Cooking Instructions
· Put the chickpea flour, water, chia seeds, onion and garlic in a blender. Blend well.
· Pour the blended mixture in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients and whisk until incorporated.
· Place the whole mixture in an omelette pan or skillet, fry on both sides until golden brown.
