Carob and Coconut Pancakes
Ingredients (makes 3 thick or 6 thin pancakes):
- 3 eggs
- 75g of rice flour
- 25g Biomed Carob Powder Dairy-Free
- 25g of Biomed Niulife Coconut Flour
- 250 ml of Almond milk
- Toppings: Biomed Aclara Coconut Nectar and strawberries, raspberries, banana or kiwi fruit
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Grease a frying pan with coconut oil and place a portion of the dough. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook another minute. Serve with Biomed Aclara Coconut Nectar and strawberries, raspberries, banana or kiwi fruit
