Lotus Organic quinoa flour 500g is a nutritious substitute for rice flour in baking. Quinoa flour has a strong sesame like flavour so is best used combined with other flours.
Quinoa is a very nutritious psuedo-grain - not being part of the grass family it is suitable for people on both gluten and grain-free diets.
Quinoa flour has not been tested for its amine or salicylate content but our amine salicylate sensitive people do not usually react to it. This product is free from gluten, dairy, soy, egg. Lotus do not guarantee their products are free from traces of nuts.
