Niulife Organic Coconut Flour - defatted, grain-free 500g
This preservative free organic coconut flour imparts a delicious mild coconut flavour in foods. The flour has been defatted - leaving a large amount of fibre and a modest amount of protein. Coconut flour is a nice addition to cakes, muffins and cookies - it is also particularly nice as a coating for prawns and seafood. this product is considered to be low carb - the majority of the carbohydrate is fibre and there is very little starch. Try substituting 20 or 30g of your flour for coconut flour or add 30g to our muffin and cookie mixes. A low carb bread can be made with coconut flour and eggs (recipe on pack).
