Micronized Foods amaranth flour (375g) is made from Australian grown amaranth. Amaranth flour is grain-free and very nutritious - it is best mixed with other flours rather than being used alone. This product is free from gluten, dairy, egg and soy. Amaranth has not been tested for amine and salicylate levels but our sensitive clients do not have a reaction to this flour.
