Beetroot powder is made by thoroughly washing, trimming, dehydrating and grinding beetroots into a powder. Beetroot is a rich source of antioxidants. This product is free from allergens and conaminants - it contains some salicylates but because it is normally used as a colouring agent only a small amount is needed - this would be suitable to all but the extreme salicylate sensitive individuals.
