Princess Fiona's magic muffin & cookie mix 600g naturally nice.
Just add oil (or margarine) and water to make 12 delicious large muffins or around 50 cookies - see recipes for variations with this mix - add vanilla, fruit, chocolate chips or nuts for variety (the cookies are particularly nice with our chocolate chips).
Princess Fiona's muffin & cookie mixes are low allergy, low GI, egg/ gluten/ rice/ corn/ potato/ grain and soy-free. The mixes are specifically formulated to be suitable for those with food allergy, blood sugar problems and chemical sensitivity issues but are delicious enough for everyone to enjoy. Our Muffin & Cookie mixes contain more protein and fibre and less refined carbohydrates than most gluten-free snack alternatives making them a great choice for every day eating.
