Honeycomb 100g
YUM!!! This is the lowest allergy honeycomb you will find - made specially for us in a peanut and tree- nut free facility. Our honeycomb is gluten, dairy, soy, egg, peanut and treenut free! This product is low salicylate, low amine and contains no flavours or colours. Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose (corn derived made in NZ), sodium bicarbonate, gelatine (halal) and dusted in rice flour. Try mixing it through nice-cream or coating it with chocolate, white chocolate or carob (see recipe section for how to make them)
Honeycomb is high GI - it makes a good treat rather than an everyday food due to its low nutritional content. This product is deemed suitable for those with corn allergies and our corn allergic customers have not had a reaction to it - we do, however, suggest that individals with corn anaphylaxis avoid anything containing corn derivatives.
