Just add oil and water to make one very large loaf or a large focaccia.  This mix is best baked in the oven as it makes a loaf larger than most bread machines will take. The mix can also be used to make delicious pizza bases, crackers, pastry, fruit or herb bread and instant bread crumbs (See recipes).

Ingredients: NonGMO precooked chickpea flour, tapioca starch, tapioca maltodextrin, vegetable gums (461, 412), raising agents (575, 501), salt.

We suggest adding BonVita psyllium husks or inulin to the bread before baking - this is not essential but improves the texture of the loaf.
